Australia Post Shipping Options, Trackable and Signature on Delivery/ Authority to Leave

We offer FREE Standard Shipping across Australia for all orders over $250, please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to be delivered. A flat rate of $10 for all orders that do not reach this.

Overnight Express Post is a flat rate of $12 for all orders.

Splice Boutique FREE Pick Up

We also offer free collection of your online order at our Boutique in Newport!

If your online order is received by 3pm daily (Ex. Sunday) we will process, pick and pack through our online boutique, however instead of being shipped out with Australia Post your parcel can be collected from our Newport boutique, after 3pm, or at a time convenient to you.

Orders placed after 3pm, will roll over for collection the next day.

International Shipments 

We charge a flat rate of $25 (FREE for orders over $350).

All these charges allow for a parcel up to 22kg, so shop away!

Please note the EU VAT Fee / Tax to orders shipping to Europe is now pre included in the cost of shipping - this will be visible at the checkout and on your invoice  and order confirmation. Please note Splice boutique can not be held responsible for any extra charges that may be applied to your item by customs in Addition to this fee.

The responsibilities for any custom duties, foreign taxes and charges or any other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Shipping Time

Delivery for orders placed by 3pm. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Aust Post E-Parcel within Australia, or shipped via Registered Post International (length of time varies according to destination please allow up to 21 working days) that same day.

If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day.

Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Splice Boutique is not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
